White Peony White tea from the Fujian province of China. White Peony, known locally as Pai Mu Tan, is a delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. Sweet and mild it is crafted from unopened tea buds and the two newest leaves to sprout. Warm and floral like fruit blossoms create a golden liquor with a succulent flavor.
This tea contains a low level of caffeine.
Recommended brewing: Two Heaping teaspoons per cup, 3-5 minutes at 180° F.
