Reiki is a holistic healing practice that uses Universal Life Force Energy to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki treatments are focused on healing the seven Chakra energy centers, but is also used to open energy blocks and release negative energy residue.

The Reiki Level 1 class provides training and hands-on experience for learning to heal yourself and others with Reiki. The student will learn the basics of grounding, energy healing, energy scans, working with chakras, the history of Reiki, how to perform Reiki treatments on self and others, hand positions, and end the class with practicing Reiki on each other. Traditional Usui Reiki techniques are taught. You will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual, handouts on Reiki hand positions, materials on the basics of the chakras, information on using stones and essential oils in Reiki, and a certificate showing you are certified as a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.

Class is limited to 8 participants. Due to limited space, pre-registration and payment and is required to hold your space.
